Common questions
How do I track my order?
Go to My Account, then My Orders, and open the order. You'll also get a notification under the bell when it is packaged and when it is out for delivery.
How does delivery work?
Sellers send their items to the GoCart warehouse at 292 Anton Lembede Street, Durban. We package your order and deliver it to you.
How do I pay?
You pay on Bob Pay's secure page by card or Instant EFT. GoCart never sees your card details.
I want to sell on GoCart
Choose "Sell on GoCart" in the top bar, fill in the application and accept the Terms & Conditions. We review every application by hand.
