Delivery information
How delivery works
- You pay for your order on our secure payment page.
- Each seller takes their items to the GoCart warehouse at 292 Anton Lembede Street, Durban.
- When everything has arrived, we package your order and tell you it is being packaged.
- We then tell you it is out for delivery, and deliver it to the address you gave us.
Orders with items from more than one seller are delivered together, so they are packaged once the last item reaches our warehouse.
Delivery fee
A flat delivery fee of R100 is added to each order.
Tracking your order
Open My Orders to see where your order is. We also send a notification (the bell icon) each time its status changes.
